Our Story
Shree Grah Pravesh began in 2006 with a simple belief: buying or selling property should not be a source of fear. In those days, many families in Ujjain depended on word of mouth and on dealers who were rarely accountable. Our founder, Mr. Ashok Bansal, saw a need for an advisor who would be honest about prices, careful about paperwork and patient with first-time buyers.
He started with a small office, a notebook of local contacts and a commitment to treat every client the way he would treat his own family. Over the years, that approach built the firm’s reputation. One satisfied client became many, and today Shree Grah Pravesh is known in Ujjain as a leading property advisor for residential, commercial and agricultural properties.
The name carries our purpose. Grah Pravesh is the ceremony that marks the moment a family enters a new home. Every deal we close is meant to bring someone closer to that moment, whether it is a young couple moving into their first flat, a shopkeeper opening a new store or an investor securing a piece of land for the future.
